On Valentine's Day, the girls gathered at Shizuka's house to make chocolate. Meanwhile, at the empty lot, Big G was greedily eating the chocolate Suneo had received. Despite getting so much chocolate, Suneo looked disappointed. According to Suneo, it was all "friend chocolate" given with the expectation of getting something in return. Nobita and Big G couldn't understand Suneo's feelings...
After Suneo left, Shizuka came to the empty lot. She gave handmade chocolates with initials to Nobita and Big G, who were delighted. Then, noticing that Suneo wasn't there, Shizuka decided to leave the chocolate in Suneo's mailbox.
The next day, Suneo happily reports to everyone that there was chocolate in his mailbox. Seeing the chocolate Suneo had, Nobita suggested it might be from Shizuka, but Suneo insists it can't be because the initials are "WC". It would be "SM" if it were from Shizuka.
To excite Suneo, who was wondering who this person could be, everyone decides to search for who "WC" is...!?

At that moment, Doraemon happened to pass by. After hearing everyone's story, Doraemon took out the "Piggy Bank Box". It was said that when someone does something bad and gets scolded, this piggy bank box rushes over and takes a 100 yen "fine" each time.
Then, {{page.haru}}'s mom arrived. {{page.haru}} was scolded for playing when he was supposed to run errands. At that very moment, the piggy bank box started chasing {{page.haru}} and a hand extended from the box, taking the 100 yen from his pocket - what a surprise! This piggy bank box absolutely never lets its target escape.
Afterward, as everyone was heading home, for some reason the piggy bank box followed Nobita...!?
