[Story]
It is the bottom of the sea, closest to the center of the Earth. An unknown world calling forth mysteries! A breathtaking, heart-stopping underwater grand adventure!!
Nobita and the others, whose opinions differed on where to go camping for summer vacation, decide to camp in the middle of the ocean following Doraemon's suggestion! The five friends enjoy underwater camping, encountering various creatures using the secret gadgets "Aqua Buggy" and the "Adaptation Light."
Their discovery of a sunken ship leads them to meet El, a mysterious young man. Surprisingly, he is an "Ocean Dweller" living in the vast Mu Federation beneath the sea! The Ocean Dwellers, who dislike surface dwellers, cannot trust Nobita and his friends. Amidst this tension, a report arrives: "The Devil's Rock Castle... has begun its activity!!" What exactly is the "Devil's Rock Castle" that the Ocean Dwellers fear...?
With hearts full of trust in their friends, they set off on a grand adventure for the fate of the Earth!
